At Red Aspen, we want you to love your beauty products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please ensure products are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned beauty products, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
